Terms of Service

These terms are provided in several languages for your convenience. The English version is the authoritative and governing text; if a translation differs from it, the English version prevails.

These terms cover your use of the getpsst.app website and the Psst apps. By using the site or the apps, you agree to them.

Using Psst

Psst lets you create and share to-do lists. You are responsible for the content you add and for the people you invite to your lists. Do not use Psst to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the service.

Accounts and your content

Your lists belong to you. You can export them and delete them at any time; deleting a list removes it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync your content so the app can work across your devices and the people you share with.

Ongoing development

Psst is live on the App Store and Google Play and is still actively developed. Features may change as the product grows, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect how you use Psst.

Paid plans

Subscriptions bought inside the app are billed by the app store you bought them from, and renewals, trials, refunds, and cancellations follow that store's rules; you can manage or cancel in your store account. Purchases made on getpsst.app, including the founding unlock, are not billed by a store and are covered by the two sections below.

Founding lifetime purchases

The founding unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it never renews and you will not be billed again. "For life" means for as long as Psst runs as a service, and "every future feature" means everything we ship on the plan you bought - Pro for Founding Individual, Family for Founding Household. It does not include a higher tier or a different product. The offer is capped at 150 purchases in total and will not reopen at this price once that cap is reached. If Psst is ever discontinued we will give at least 90 days' notice and a full export of your data; if it is sold or transferred, your unlock transfers with it. Founding purchases are made on getpsst.app through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which processes the payment and issues your receipt.

Refunds and cancellation

Founding purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: email our support address within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full, no reason needed. Subscriptions bought inside the app are refunded by Apple or Google under that store's rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you also have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase; our 30-day guarantee is longer and applies either way, so you never need to rely on that right with us.

Who you are dealing with

Psst is operated by Ibrahim Hajjaj. For refunds, complaints, or any question about these terms, email our support address and a person will answer.

No warranty and liability

Psst is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
