Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Psst for use of the app and related services. By using Psst you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 13). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You own the lists, items, notes, and files you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, back up, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, to sync it to your devices and show it to people you share a list with. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share it.

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malware.
• Don't abuse, harass, or spam other collaborators.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't use the service to store or share unlawful content.

Collaboration

When you share a list, the people you invite can view or edit it according to the role you assign. Anything you post on a shared list is visible to its members. Be thoughtful about what you share and with whom.

Psst Pro & billing

• Some features require a Pro subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its policy.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an "as available" basis and may change, be interrupted, or have features added or removed. We may update the app and these terms over time.

Termination

You can stop using Psst and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psst will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
